JOB DESCRIPTION :

  •  In line with Abdi Ibrahim global strategies and policies, ensure HR systems, processes and organizational development excellence in AIRP.
  • Responsible of employee development and talent management
  • Business partner of Sales & Marketing Teams, Support Functions and Field Force
  • Work with the Management team and Turkey International Markets’ HR team to deliver continuous improvement and ensure the application of ‘best practice’
  • Proactively review all systems and processes within the area of responsibility to maximise business process efficiencies with particular emphasis on standardising all data.
  • Support senior leaders in implementing any changes to people policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to corporate image and employer value proposition.
  • Lead the design, implementation and evaluation of talent management and organisation design
  • Leading, coaching and developing the HR Team 

 

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • University Degree in Business, Social Sciences or Science Faculties
  • Fluency in English is must
  • Master Degree is an asset
  • Minimum 7 Years of experience in HR General Management
  • Manufacturing experience is an asset
  • Intercultural work environment is an asset
