Sales Specialist - H/F

 

Mission Statement:

  • Perform direct marketing and sales activities, so as to maintain and develop sales in accordance with agreed business plans.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Sales of Automation, and Electrical Equipment and Systems in Power Generation and Water Markets, as well as in Industrial / Infrastructure projects.
  • Drive growth areas
  • Coordinate activities with the local ABB organizations
  • Advises customers, including senior management, on ABB’s capabilities, technology, and applications for products and
  • Work with customers and ABB experts to resolve complex technical and business
  • Make plans how to increase business opportunities
  • Establish, build and maintain long-term customer relationships to increase market penetration.
  • Forecast, track, report and manage objectives to ensure results are achieved
  • Remain informed of customer needs and proactively offer solutions
  • Individual contributor, no direct report

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of the ABB organization, his division units to make more cooperation to meet customer requirements.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or related technical field.

Prior Work Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Sales
  • Knowledge or Experience on Power Generation and  Energy segments with end customers or Main contractors.
  • Proven track record of achieving business success as a sales specialist

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required.

Post Entry Training:

  • ABB Code of conduct, ABB legal procedures, IS security awareness.

  • Identify the typical problems that the job holder is expected to resolve independently.
